Based on Jonathan Kings book, The Western Front Diaries, the documentary commemorates the 90th anniversary of the end of the War. It brings to light the experiences of the ANZACs fighting on the Western Front using original photographs, footage, letters and diary entries. Interviews with living descendants piece together the remarkable stories of the brave young soldiers and the horrendous conditions they were subject to.
