Military documentary looking at the fighting in the central sector of the Eastern Front during the Second World War. After failing to capture Moscow in the first stage of the invasion, Army Group Centre were involved in some of the most brutal fighting of the entire war, including the decisive battle of Kursk in 1943, which signalled the beginning of the end for the Germans in the East. Includes expert analysis from Professor John Erickson, rare archive footage, and informative graphics.
