In a world increasingly homogenised, Kakadu National Park and Arnhem Land, in Australia’s Northern Territory, stand out as being among the last of the true adventure destinations. You can still see nature at its most fierce and untamed as you skim along in a boat just metres from pre-historic estuarine crocodiles (saltwater crocodiles or “salties”) while your eyes feast on a phantasmagoria of bird and animal life that thrives in this ancient landscape.

The experience of traveling and exploring the Northern Territory in Australia’s Top End truly offers constantly surprising and amazing experiences. One of Northern Territory’s jewels, Kakadu National Park, has justly earned a place in 1981 on the World Heritage List. As home to ancient art sites such as Ubirr and Nourlangie, Kakadu draws visitors from around the world to admire the art of people who created it some 50,000 years ago.
