Lyndey & Blair’s Taste of Greece follows one of Australia’s most recognised food and wine personalities, Lyndey Milan, and her actor/voice-over artist son, Blair, as they tour Greece’s fascinating Peloponnese, seeking culinary delights, adventure and antiquities.
The result, Lyndey & Blair’s Taste of Greece, showcases the cuisine, culture and beautifully undiscovered land of this region, which is so accessible to Athens. Over seven episodes, Lyndey and Blair cook, eat, drink and engage with the locals they meet along the way – a charming yet eclectic mix of home cooks, winemakers, producers, chefs and restaurateurs. While the cuisine of the Peloponnese has a starring role, the historic heart of Greece is not overlooked as ancient sites are explored with an adventurous edge, full of humour and insight.
The unique mother-son relationship between Lyndey and Blair adds another layer of fun and banter. Built up over 29 years, it has expected and unexpected complexities.
Sadly, earlier this year, Blair Milan passed away from acute myeloid leukemia. This show is a tribute to the affable, talented and life-loving young man he was.

Episode 1: Athens
Food and wine personality Lyndey Milan and her actor son Blair tour Greece’s fascinating Peloponnese seeking culinary delights, adventure and antiquities. Their trip begins in Athens, but before they leave Lyndey and Blair visit a meat market, try tripe soup and enjoy the Acropolis.
Episode 2: Corinth
Lyndey and Blair enjoy a thermal spa before touring and cooking at Gaia Winery and ending their day cooking fish on the picturesque beach on Vivari at sunset.
Episode 3: Navplio
This action packed episode includes a visit to an ouzo distillery and a worry bead museum, a tour of ancient Palamidi and the drama of finding a taverna in evening.
Episode 4: Monemvasia & Kythira
Lyndey and Blair enjoy a traditional eggplant dish for lunch before heading to Byzantine Monemvasia and the island of Kythira, the home of the world’s best honey and meeting local legends, Kate and Lucky.
Episode 5: Inner Mani
While Blair jumps in a cold spring and Greek dances on the beach at Stoupa, Lyndey cooks fish soup and they both enjoy roast whole pig at the gypsy market and wonder at the lakes of the Diros caves.
Episode 6: Outer Mani
This episode reveals the best of Kalamata – olive oil, chocolate covered figs and sweet loukamades doughnuts – and a walk around ancient Messine ending with a feast of rooster.
Episode 7: Olympia
Lyndey and Blair cook and wine taste at the historical Mercouri estate before exploring the ancient site of the Olympics.
