「Dog Whisperer」是国家地理频道收视率最高的节目的节目，尤其是爱狗人士强力推荐的必看节目。所谓的「Dog Whisperer」，指的就是可以与狗对话的人，在本节目中这个可以与狗对话的大师叫做Cesar Millan，他不但可以将那些狗主人拿牠没輒的问题犬一一导回正途，更可以透过他帮助狗主人和爱犬进行沟通，无论是咆哮不停的美国猎犬，还是目光兇恶的狮子狗，只要来到Cesar Millan面前，就会立即安静下来。透过本节目，可以发现其实常常真正需要Millan帮助的不是行为异常的狗，而是它们的主人。 所以当狗主们遇到问题时，米兰通常是他们最后的希望。「Dog Whisperer」大多数节目都在问题狗求助者家里或附近拍摄，除非一些极端案例，Millan就会带回心理中心研究。

Chuy, Jack & Carmine
傑西的狗艾瑪在他養的另一隻寵物過世之後開始出現攻擊性。奧黛莉的狗不管是在家裡還是在戶外都會對別人展現攻擊性。傑西被馬克咬過不只一次。瑪莉的狗莎蒂只要綁上狗鍊便會對其他的狗展現攻擊性，所以瑪莉會盡可能地避開其他住戶和他們養的狗。瑪妮養了兩隻狗魯尼和卡莎。魯尼對其他的狗很有攻擊性，唯一的例外是卡莎。直到五個月前幾隻狗狗都還相處得很好。傑克和卡麥打了一架之後就變成仇敵。丹尼爾希望能跟三隻狗狗一起玩，但是他覺得卡麥是問題的根源和始作俑者。他們請西薩來幫忙解決問題。
Cotton, Ricky & Jordan, and Duke & Lila
